Our Employee Assistance Program is available to all [client] employees at no cost. You and members of your household will receive up to 5 visits per issue per member with a licensed mental health provider free of charge. Sessions can be held in-person, over the phone or on video conferencing.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
You are eligible on your date of hire and must be 18 years of age.
PARTICIPATION
You may begin pre- or post-tax, wage reduction contributions. You will have the option to opt out of this auto-enrollment.
EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTION
Auto-enrollment will begin at 1%, however you may contribute up to the IRS limits of your eligible pay on a pre- or post-tax basis. If you are considered highly compensated under federal tax law, your contributions may be subject to special limits.

HOW DO I ENROLL IN THE 401(K) PROGRAM?
Enrollment is automatic. Once you are eligible, you will receive an e-mail from Guideline to create an account and complete your profile.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY CONTRIBUTIONS IN THE 401(K) PROGRAM?
You can easily change your investment election through the Guideline app. You can increase and decrease your contribution once a month. If you would like to stop contributing, you would not be able to re-start contributions until the following month.
HOW DO I RESEARCH THE DIFFERENT INVESTMENT OPTIONS?
Guideline can recommend an investment portfolio that fits your financial goals.
