Transit and Parking Benefits

The GoNavia Commuter Benefit is a pre-tax transit and parking benefit with an employee-driven ordering platform that can accommodate any type of commuter!

The GoNavia Commuter Benefit allows participants to place orders for their monthly parking and/or transit expenses right through our website. Their order amounts will be deducted from their paychecks pretax and loaded onto a Navia Benefits Card. The Navia Benefits Card can then be used to purchase services at any transit or parking facility that accepts MasterCard.

Benefits:

  • Pay for work-related parking and transit expenses using pretax dollars.
  • Month-to-month benefit

                - Opt. in or out at any time.                 - Enroll on Navia by the 20th of the month, for the following month.

  • Balance rolls over at the end of each month.
  • Transit: contribute up to $340 per month pre-tax.
  • Parking: contribute up to $340 per month pre-tax.

Travel Assistance

SmithRx has partnered with Chubb Insurance to provide you with assistance for business travel, and Unum for your personal travel adventures.

CHUBB TRAVEL ASSISTANCE

Chubb travel assistance gives employees 24/7 access to emergency travel, medical, and security assistance services worldwide when an employee is traveling away from home on official SmithRx business.

UNUM TRAVEL ASSISTANCE

Also available at no cost, you, your spouse and your dependents (up to age 19) have access to the following support when you’re more than 100 miles away from home for 90 days or less:

  • Medical assistance while traveling
  • Medical evacuation
  • Evacuation due to natural disaster or political unrest
  • Assistance while traveling with your pet
  • Help with lost documents, credit cards or luggage while traveling
  • Replacement prescription medication while traveling

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Our Employee Assistance Program is available to all SmithRx employees at no cost. You and members of your household will receive up to 3 visits per issue per member with a licensed mental health provider in-person, free of charge. Additional online and phone support is unlimited.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides you with confidential, 24/7 support to help you meet the challenges of modern life. Licensed counselors are available to help you, your spouse and dependents with:

Retirement 401(k) Plan

Your employer has partnered with Vestwell to provide you with a retirement benefit—a 401(k). Our 401(k) plans are designed to make it easy for you to save and invest in your financial future.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

You are eligible on your date of hire and must be 18 years of age.

PARTICIPATION

You may begin pre- or post-tax, wage reduction contributions. You will have the option to opt out of this auto-enrollment.

EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTION

Auto-enrollment will begin at 1%, however you may contribute up to the IRS limits of your eligible pay on a pre- or post-tax basis. If you are considered highly compensated under federal tax law, your contributions may be subject to special limits.

You choose how to invest your contributions.

HOW DO I ENROLL IN THE 401(K) PROGRAM?

Enrollment is automatic. Once you are eligible, you will receive an e-mail from Vestwell to create an account and complete your profile.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY CONTRIBUTIONS IN THE 401(K) PROGRAM?

You can easily change your investment election through the Vestwell app. You can increase and decrease your contribution once a month. If you would like to stop contributing, you would not be able to re-start contributions until the following month.

HOW DO I RESEARCH THE DIFFERENT INVESTMENT OPTIONS?

Vestwell can recommend an investment portfolio that fits your financial goals.
