90-Day Benefit and Network from Cigna Pharmacy Management
Sometimes filling prescriptions through home delivery is not ideal. Members will have the option to fill both 30-day and 90-day prescriptions through the Cigna 90 Now program.

Cigna 90 Now gives members the flexibility and convenience of being able to choose where to fill prescriptions at one of approximately 29,000 retail pharmacy locations in the Cigna 90 Now network or through Cigna Home Delivery Pharmacy.
How It Works
Members are encouraged to fill their maintenance medication in a 90-day supply at a Cigna retail pharmacy or through Cigna Home Delivery Pharmacy.
It can help reduce your overall plan costs when you fill your medications in a 90-day supply at a 90-day pharmacy in the Cigna 90 Now network. You pay a 2 month co-pay for a 3 month supply (Cigna Open Access Plus plan only).
Cigna 90 Now network includes:
- 90-day contracted retail pharmacies (approximately 29,000)
- 30-day contracted retail pharmacies (approximately 68,000)
- Retail chains
- Local pharmacies
- Big Box
- Grocery stores
Cigna Home Delivery Pharmacy Offers:
- Standard delivery to customers' home or other preferred location, at no additional cost. Overnight delivery available.
- Reminders via text or email, to help customers remember to fill their prescriptions
- Licensed pharmacists available 24/7
90-Day Fills:
Members who choose to fill their maintenance medication in a 90-day supply must use a 90-day retail pharmacy in the Cigna 90 Now network, or Cigna Home Delivery Pharmacy.
30-Day Fills:
Members who choose to fill their maintenance medication in a 30-day supply may use any retail pharmacy in the Cigna 90 Now network.

- Walgreens
- Walmart
- Access Health (including Benzer, Marcs, Big Y, Marsh Drugs, LLC and Snyder Drug Emporium)
- Elevate Provider Network (including Super Rx, Medical Center, King Kullen and Family Pharmacies)
- Cardinal Health (including Freds, Medicine Shoppe, and Medicap Pharmacies)
Cigna Prescription Mail Order Program
Cigna Rx Home Delivery can save you money if you fill and refill maintenance medication prescriptions through this service. Choose the ordering method that's the best for you:
- Electronically:
1. Have your doctor's office send your prescription electronically. It's the fastest and easiest way.
- By Phone:
1. Have your medication, doctor's name, and payment information ready.
2. Call (800) 285-4812
3. The pharmacy will request a prescription from your doctor for a 90-day supply with refills.
- By Mail:
1. Request a prescription from your doctor for a 90-day supply with refills.
2. Complete the Cigna order form found in your enrollment packet or online at mycigna.com
