Principal Supplemental Benefits
Employees have the option to enroll in voluntary benefits through Principal. The additional benefits include Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital coverage. You can choose to enroll in 1 plan or all of them, totally up to you!
Below is a high level overview of each benefit and please review your plan summaries to learn more.
- Accident - Did you cut yourself and need stitches? Get injured reliving the glory days playing sports? Accident insurance helps offset unexpected medical bills due to your misfortunes.
- Critical Illness - The Critical Illness policy pays a lump sum benefit if you have a stroke, heart attack, some cancers or many other illnesses.
- Hospital Indemnity- If you're admitted to the hospital due to an accident or sickness, the Hospital benefit will help offset the costly bills that will follow after you're on the road to recovery.
