This coverage will be effective first of the month following date of hire for all benefit eligible employees.
Employee Basic Life

- An equal amount to your Employee Basic Life insurance
*Benefits reduce to 65% at age 65, 50% at age 70
Voluntary Life Insurance
Employees must be enrolled in order to elect coverage for a spouse and/or dependents.
If you're considering electing Voluntary Life, please keep the following in mind:
Employee Guaranteed Issue (GI)
During this Open Enrollment, you can start or increase your Voluntary Life Insurance coverage up to the guaranteed amount, and no Evidence of Insurability (health questionnaire) will be required.
After Open Enrollment ends, you can only make changes if you experience a qualified life event, and an EOI review will be required.
